Before you start with Avon, here is some information to consider. And if you join my Avon team, I will mentor you on how to run a successful beauty business. 1. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?

In a few easy steps, you can become an Avon Independent Sales Representative, and start your own business. Effective March 2020, there are the 3 new options for signing up with Avon: No-Cost Sign Up, Sign Up & Make a Contribution to the American Cancer Society, $30 All the Bestsellers Starter Kit Signup. After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email. Then, you can go online, explore the product line, and start your training. You may also build your personal website to sell products and manage your business. A few days after you sign up on my Avon team, I will follow up and offer additional personal training opportunities to help you get your business off to a successful start. 2. HOW MUCH CAN I MAKE SELLING AVON?

All new representatives get a 25% commission/discount on $40+ beauty orders, and 20% on $40+ fashion & home orders. The current PATHWAY TO PREMIER incentive was designed exclusively for new representatives to help them level up fast! It shows them how to earn up to $2,000 in their first 8 campaigns and get to amazing Premier Level earnings with two new bonuses. The Premier Level rewards Representatives with sales of $5,000 to $9,999 per year with guaranteed commissions of 30% on Beauty, 20% on Fashion & Home. You can increase your earnings potential by recruiting, training, and mentoring new Representatives.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING, OR DO MY CUSTOMERS PAY A SHIPPING FEE?

Customers can choose to order through your Free Personal Avon Website and to have it shipped directly to their home. Customers shopping on your online store receive FREE SHIPPING for orders of $60+ and pay a $8 shipping fee on Direct Delivery orders under $60. While Avon continues to pick up most of the actual shipping costs, the shipping fee for those $60+ orders is shared by you & Avon so your commission is adjusted. Representatives pay a $8 Shipping & Handling Fee for the customer orders they are delivering face-to-face. To help cover this Representative shipping fee, you can add $.75 Service Charge to each Representative Delivery order. But you can choose the best service charge fee amount to meet your own business needs. When Customers choose Representative Delivery, the order is routed to your order cart to submit as part of your Avon Representative order. There are additional surcharges applied to orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

4. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay by credit card, directly from your checking account, or using PayPal. Since a “No Credit Line” is a fairly new Avon policy, some Representatives find it a challenge to run their Avon business. I like to point out that this is a common procedure for most other direct selling companies, and a standard business practice. Collecting upfront payment from customers may be something that they are more used to than you think. Most customers will have no problem with paying for their items when they give you their order. 6. WHAT’S INVOLVED IN FILLING OUT MY CONTRACT ONLINE?

In less than 10 minutes, you can have your contract finished. You will be answering some personal questions but once you have filled everything out, your Leadership Representative (me!) will also reach out to you, and help guide you as you set up your business and get ready to sell Avon.
