OUR RETURN POLICY
For over 100 years, customer satisfaction has been a #1 priority at Avon. We stand behind every product we offer. We’ll gladly give you a full refund with your return within 90 days. Please note that items marked Final Sale on the website cannot be returned.
If your return is due to an Avon error we will refund your return shipping. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges or issue merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.

Option 1 – Easy Return with Prepaid Return Label
Print out and place the Prepaid Return Label on your package drop your package off at a UPS location near you.
The cost of return shipping, $5.95, will be deducted from your refund.
If available include a copy of your original packing slip in the box. Once shipped, please allow 7 – 10 business days for your return to reach us. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of your returned merchandise and paperwork. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement of your payment method.

Option 2 – Pay Postage at Time of Shipping
Please follow the simple directions on the back of your packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include the full name and address of the person who placed the order. If available also include the date of order and email address.
Pack up your item(s) and select a carrier of your choice. Pay the return postage at the time of shipping and ship to the following address:

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach us. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise and paperwork, your return will be processed within 5 business days. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement of your payment method.
New Return Policy Coming in Campaign 5: Final Sale for Clearance Items
Starting in Campaign 5 (February 9, 2019), all Clearance items are while supplies last and will be a final sale — no returns will be accepted. This includes all items on the Clearance, Seasonal Sale, and Outlet pages of Avon.com and the Semi-Annual Sale brochures.
Join the Avon Auto-Replenish program and you’ll enjoy the convenience of having your Avon favorites delivered to you automatically. Just add items marked Avon Auto-Replenish, select the frequency and quantity if applicable, and your credit card will be charged for the products only when they ship.
You can edit or cancel your subscription at any time under the My Account section, in the Avon Auto-Replenish page. Shipping charges on Auto-Replenish offers may apply. Please note that site-wide discount offers or promotions will not be applied to Avon Auto-Replenish products in your order.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Avon offers an easy and convenient return policy. Return the unwanted item where you ordered it through, either an Avon distribution center or me, your Avon representative. Once your return is received and processed, a credit will be issued to your credit or debit card. Please allow at least two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For DIRECT DELIVERY Orders: Before you submit your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “Processing” status. Your order is almost immediately sent to the warehouse, to prepare for shipping. Once your order has been submitted it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made. You can return any unwanted items and a credit will be applied to your card.
