For over 100 years, Customer satisfaction has been a #1 priority at Avon. We stand behind every product we offer. We’ll gladly give you a full refund with your return within 90 days.
To return items please follow the simple directions on the back of your packing slip for a full refund. If your return is due to an Avon error we will refund your return shipping. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges or issue merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.

What if I have a problem with my order?
Avon offers an easy and convenient return policy. Return the unwanted item to the place your ordered it through, either an Avon distribution center or me, your Avon representative. Once your return is received and processed, a credit will be issued to your credit or debit card. Please allow at least two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For DIRECT DELIVERY Orders: Once you place your online order, processing begins immediately and changes cannot be made. Many orders are processed, filled, and shipped the same business day. If you wish to return merchandise, please follow the merchandise return instructions located on the reverse side of your invoice form when your order arrives. A credit will be applied to your credit card upon receipt of your merchandise to Avon.com. To contact Avon directly in the U.S., an Avon Customer Service Specialists will be happy to assist you.
