Not many young people get to front a super popular, hard-driving rock band, but then again, not many young people are the special talent that is Grace Potter. As a college student, Grace won the affection of a couple of equally gifted musicians and soon her namesake quintet, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, was born. Fast forward several years and now this musical tour de force channels epic, shape-shifting rock ‘n’ roll in front of devoted crowds around the country. Alongside her near-constant touring with the band (the latest is fiercely titled The Roar Tour), Grace also manages to collaborate with a wide variety of rock, pop and country legends. “In this new and unruly world of music, the possibilities are endless,” says Grace, who’s eager to start work on the band’s next album, “and I can’t wait to uncover unexpected ways to make my mark.”
