Here are instructions to help you Shop My AVON Online Store — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can browse online brochures and place your orders at your convenience. Avon stands behind every product we offer.
- Account Registration & Sign In. Make shopping with Avon easier by creating an account. All you need to enter is your name, email address, password, and a password hint. You can fill out the rest of your account information at your leisure. We also offer the option of shopping as a Guest Shopper. We’ll still need your email address when you place your order in case we need to contact you. Please complete the *required fields. Passwords cannot be blank, must be 18 characters or less and must be 7-18 characters including letters & numbers. HINT: Your e-mail address and password are needed each time you log in. Don’t forget to check that you have read our Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions of Use and agree to their terms.
- Please say “Yes! I want to receive emails notifying me of Special Offers”. This grants me permission to send promotional emails about Avon’s campaign sales and new product introductions. You can update your email preferences at any point.
- My Account. Once you’ve registered with us, you may Sign In and go to My Account to:
- View your order history
- Change your password and/or password hint
- Update your billing and/or shipping address
- Save Credit Card Information
- Select or change your Representative
- Update your Email Preferences.
- Password Help. If you forgot your password, use the link under the sign-in bar. Enter the email address you used to set up your account and select either “Send Hint” or “Reset Password.” We will promptly send an email to the address on your account with the requested information. Once you receive the “Reset Password” email, click on the link, which brings you back to the site, where you can create a new password. If you do not receive your password email, check your SPAM box, it may be there. Or, you can call Customer Service at (800) FOR AVON / (800) 367-2866.
- There are 3 Easy Ways to Shop. First, Shop My eBrochure, where you can see/flip through the entire current brochure. To see more information about the product, click on the picture/image. To track or select an item hit on “Add to My Bag” or “Return to eBrochure” to continue looking through the pages. Another way is to Shop My Store. Here you can browse my entire store by selecting a product category, product brand name or use the search box at top right. Don’t forget to read product reviews to help you make your selection! The third way is to Shop by Product Number. Use the brochure product number, a 6-digit number. Once a product is found, type # of items needed in the Quantity box and hit “Add to My Bag” button to track. Once added, you can complete your order or continue shopping. The “shopping bag” in upper left tracks products, alerts you to qualified special offers and tracks your subtotal. You can remove products and apply coupon codes prior to completing your checkout. To change quantity or coupon code, change all required fields and click “Update Order” at bottom of the screen. To proceed to checkout or return to shopping: scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the appropriate button.
- Use an Avon Coupon Code and Save! Be sure to check out current coupon codes here, you may have received by email or I may have promoted online. You must enter the complete code in the coupon code box at checkout. AVON.com coupon codes are not case sensitive. You will see the details of the offer in the coupon code box at checkout. There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (excluding shipping and taxes). The promotion will be reflected in your shopping bag and order confirmation. You may only use one coupon code per order. Some codes are email address specific and/or for one-time use only. All coupon codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired.
- Modifying Orders. Before you submit your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “Processing” status. Your order is almost immediately sent to the warehouse, to prepare for shipping. Once your order has been submitted it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made. You can return any unwanted items and a credit will be applied to your card.
- Haven’t found what you’re looking for? Try by entering all or part of the product name in the search box at the top right of my Avon online store. Input a word or phrase and suggestions and results are provided will be every occurrence of the keyword or phrase by category and product line. If you still can’t find it, contact me! - Shipping and Handling Charges. You will enjoy safe and secure shopping with delivery right to your door. I ship anywhere in the Contiguous United States. GET FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITH ANY $40 ORDERS!* For all other eCustomers, Standard Shipping is only $6.95 (4-7 Business days), Expedited Shipping is $15.90 (2-3 Business days) and Overnight Shipping is $20.90 (Next Business day). I’d LOVE to deliver your order in person, at NO cost. If you are in the Morris County, NJ area, select Personal Delivery FREE (your Avon Representative). Make sure your profile has complete contact information so I can schedule your delivery time!
- Internet sales are not exempt from sales & use taxes. Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales & use taxes. Avon Products, Inc. has activities in each state of the United States that subject it to state and local laws imposing sales tax collection. Therefore, Avon is required to collect tax on merchandise sold via the Internet or otherwise. The appropriate taxes (based on the “ship to” location) will be added to your order. An estimated dollar amount will appear on your ordering screen. The actual tax amount will appear in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail sent to you once your order has shipped. State and local sales taxes are based on the subtotal after shipping and handling in all states with the exception of ID, IL, MA, NJ and OK, where tax is based on the merchandise total only. You may be interested to know that if a vendor does not charge sales tax, the purchaser of the merchandise is required individually to remit the tax to the taxing jurisdiction.
- Payments methods: My online store accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, and gift cards that contain the MasterCard or Visa logo. For faster checkout, you can store up to 10 different credit cards in your account. You may edit or delete this information at any time. As your Avon Representative, Personal Delivery orders can be paid by debit/credit card, PayPal, cash, money order or personal checks (10-day hold to ensure clearing of the funds may be required prior to order delivery).
- Order acknowledgment will be received by e-mail as well as when the order has shipped. Orders placed on my eStore by 12:30 PM ET, Mon-Fri (excluding holidays), are shipped same business day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM are shipped out the following business day. Personal Delivery orders are scheduled for delivery within 5-10 business days.
- Bookmark and check Shop My Store often to keep up with all the new and exciting things going on at AVON. Specials are updated every 5-7 days and new products more often. Specials available for 3-4 weeks. Gift with a minimum purchase generally change every two weeks. The store is updated for each campaign with new products and special offers.
